RETURN PROCESS

We can accept unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns on opened items.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging  and mail your return to the following address:

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. 

   ●    All unopened devices can be returned with proof of purchase within 14 days   

   ●    Defective devices can be replaced within 1 year with proof of purchase   
   ●    No returns will be provided once the seal is broken on the Easy Flow device kit
